System Requirements:

1. Windows 7, 2K, XP or Vista installed on PC
2. Internet connection
3. FTP Access
4. A domain name and a server. Access to cpanel account.
5. Ability to create MySQL Databases on the server.
6. Antivirus and firewall should be disabled when using the Desktop Communication Control Panel to broadcast messages.


Product Components:

The Desktop Communication Software comes in 3 parts:

For You (The Owner):

(1) Desktop Communication Script (DSInstaller.zip) – This one should be installed on your server to allow the following 2 desktop applications to interact with each other. This should NOT be given away!

(2) Desktop Communication Control Panel (ControlPanelSetup.zip) – This one is for you. You’ll need it to setup and broadcast messages to subscribers. This should NOT be given away!


For Your Subscribers or Customers:

(3) Desktop Communication Viewer – The viewer is the application that you should give away to your subscribers / customers. They will use this application to receive and reply messages that you broadcast from the control panel. Note: To find this application, first unzip the "DSInstaller.zip" file. Then, open the "scripts" folder followed by the "files" folder and you'll see it.
