- Select the most appropriate time to broadcast the message.

(a) Send Immediately. This option can act like a welcome message for an autoresponder. This will be the first message of a message series once they signup. You can set up multiple messages to be sent immediately.

You can also use this feature to broadcast a message right now to a selected group of subscribers.

E.g; say you are running a 48 hours promo to your list. You can use this feature to broadcast your message immediately to all subscribers but then you, since this offer is only valid for 48 hours, you’ll need to choose an expiration date in the next option (read below).

(b) Schedule Message. If you want to send this message to a specific day and time, you can just schedule it. But take note that the time you insert will depend on where your server is based. Meaning, if the server you have installed the script is based in USA, the time you are going to configure will be US time.

You can get this information by asking your webhosting provider or you can sometimes view it inside your cpanel account.

(c) Series. This features acts completely like an autoresponder series message. Just select which message will be sent first, second, etc..

- Select the expiration time of the message.

(a) Never expire. This option will allow the message created to be broadcast everytime until you manually disable it. This option should be select if you selected the Series messages in the previous step.

(b) Date. This is most suitable when you want the subscribers to receive this message up to the date you specify. This works best when you are running a special offer.
Note that if the offer is running for, say, 72 hours, every new subscribers who register an account within this time lapse will receive this message as well.

(c) Duration. This option should be used only when the message is very time sensitive. The message will be autodestroyed after a time lapse (you decide) as from the first time the user view the message.

Once the time lapse is expired, the message will disappear in their viewer and will never be able to access it.

This can work great when you are promoting one time offers.

(g) Expiration Date refers to how long will the message be kept active until disabled.

(h) Expiration End refers to when the message will be disabled and will no more be broadcasted.
